Tim Stephenson (Principal)
Tim is our Renaissance Man. Having studied fine art and graphic design before spending a decade as an agency art director, Tim went on to conquer several programming languages, mobile web development, APIs, cloud technology and, uh, Italian. He co-founded RaddOnline in 2001 and is our chief architect. His right and left-brain duality also influence his motives, which include creating business value and creating masterpieces. Just ask him about persona-driven design, Behavior Driven Development, agile project management, or Fibonacci numbers. When he is not busy tweaking out his latest code, building a Ruby Gem or contributing to an open-source project, he’s helping others do more of the very same.
Ellen Miner (Principal)
If you are embarking on a disruptive “disruptive technology” project, chances are you’d like a seasoned adviser at your side. That’s Ellen. With decades of executive-level management experience, she provides our clients sound guidance. Her expertise is in harnessing technology to address business problems. And, her years in industry, have given her practical experience and proven methodologies to draw on.
Ellen co-founded RaddOnline with Tim in order to provide “big consultancy” thinking in a more nimble, flexible and cost-efficient model. And, not to be outdone by our in-house DaVinci, Ellen also studied the the diverse worlds of Dramatic Art and Business Administration while earning her BA and MA at the University of California, Davis.
